Shipping

once an order has left our hands and is given to the currier Violentiam Systems assumes zero (none) responsibility for the order placed, if you have not received an order that was marked as shipped, it is advised to contact the currier service. 

Generally shipping to an APO or other military/gov addresses isnt a great idea, as  your order could confiscated by the on post/gov mail office and by ordering to such addresses the customer is acknowledging and accepting the risk their order may be confiscated. 

Violentiam Systems cannot keep up with every nations random fluctuating laws that could affect our tools, if you are in doubt it would behoove you (the customer) to educate yourself, Violentiam systems assumes or expresses no responsibility if your order is seized by customs and by ordering to overseas addresses the customer is acknowledging and accepting the risk their order may be confiscated.

Return policy

Violentiam Systems does not accept returns unless:

  • the order is incorrect (example: you ordered a kiridashi, we sent a MK8 or the kydex is the wrong color)
  • the ordered item is defective  
  • you placed an order but it has not shipped yet (refund)

ALSO

  • the returned item must not be altered, used, or abused

 

Apparel returns

will be determined by the third party vendor, Violentiam Systems does not physically handle any of the clothing in any way.
